Instructions

  • Make the flax egg: In a small bowl, combine ground flaxseed and water. Let sit for 5–10 minutes to thicken.

  • Mash soybeans: In a large mixing bowl, mash the cooked soybeans using a fork or potato masher. Leave some texture.

  • Mix ingredients: Add oats, chopped onion, garlic, soy sauce, paprika, salt, pepper, flax egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix well until combined.
