Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm filtered water (not boiling)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar (with the ‘mother’)

  • 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt (fine grain)

  • Optional: 1 teaspoon raw honey for taste

Instructions

  • Slightly warm the filtered water (not hot).

  • Add the lemon juice.

  • Stir in the apple cider vinegar and pink salt until fully dissolved.
