2 packs dry ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
1/2 cup sliced almonds or sunflower seeds
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup sesame oil
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (for vegan option)
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
Break ramen noodles into small bite-size pieces.
2️⃣ In a bowl, whisk together sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
3️⃣ In a large bowl, combine broccoli slaw, crushed ramen noodles, almonds, green onions, and sesame seeds.
