Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup milk or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter (almond or peanut)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour mixture into a chilled container.

Notes
