1 glass of filtered room-temperature water
¼ teaspoon pink Tibetan salt (food-grade only)
Juice of ½ fresh lemon
(Optional) 1–2 ice cubes for a chilled version
Pour the filtered water into a glass.
Add the pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice and stir again.
Drink slowly on an empty stomach, ideally in the morning.
