Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon of Japanese or Himalayan pink salt
  • Juice from 1/2 fresh lemon
  • 8 ounces (about 240 ml) of cold filtered water
  • 45 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Pour cold filtered water into a glass or jar.
  2. Add pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice, removing seeds.
  4. Add ice cubes and give a final stir.
  5. Drink immediately in the morning on an empty stomach.
