Juice from ½ fresh lemon
1 cup (8–10 oz) cold filtered water
3–5 ice cubes
Optional Add-ins:
2 cucumber slices
Fresh mint leaves
1 tsp raw honey (for a sweeter variation)
Pour cold water into a tall glass.
Add the Japanese pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
Squeeze in the lemon juice.
Drop in the ice cubes and optional add-ins.
