Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1012 oz filtered water (lukewarm or room temperature)

Instructions

  1. Add pink Himalayan salt to a glass.
  2. Pour in filtered water and stir until salt dissolves.
  3. Squeeze in lemon juice.
  4. Add apple cider vinegar and stir well.
  5. Drink immediately on an empty stomach, ideally first thing in the morning.

Notes

Start with 1/4 tsp salt per serving. Drink daily or 4–5 days/week. Not recommended for those on low-sodium diets without medical advice. Optional: add cucumber or mint for flavor.
