Scale
  • 1 glass of warm or room-temperature water (810 oz)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
  • Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves or ginger slices (optional, for flavor)

Instructions

  1. Pour the warm or room-temperature water into a glass.
  2. Add the Himalayan pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.
  4. For added flavor, mix in honey, apple cider vinegar, mint, or ginger as desired.
  5. Stir well and drink on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning.

Notes

Do not exceed 1/2 teaspoon of pink salt daily. Avoid if you have high blood pressure, kidney problems, or heart conditions. This drink should not replace balanced meals or medical treatment. The main benefit comes from hydration, not the salt itself.
