Ingredients

  • 1 cup crab meat or gluten-free imitation crab, shredded

  • 2 green onions, finely chopped

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 tsp gluten-free soy sauce or tamari

  • 18 gluten-free wonton wrappers or rice paper wrappers

  • Water (for sealing wrappers)

  • Vegetable oil (for frying) or oil spray (for air frying)

Instructions

  • Make the Filling:
    In a bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic, and gluten-free soy sauce. Stir until well mixed.

  • Fill and Seal:
    Place 1 tsp of filling in the center of each wrapper. Moisten edges with water. Fold into a triangle or traditional rangoon shape and seal tightly.

  • Choose a Cooking Method:

    • Deep Frying: Heat oil to 350°F. Fry rangoons for 2–3 minutes until golden.

    • Air Frying: Preheat to 375°F. Lightly spray with oil. Air fry for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
